Annihilation Doomsday – Open Game Day – Sunday 21 November

To join this event you must dress doomsday or steampunk themed!
No costume? No play!
We want to see you all running around in your best doomsday outfits!
Conquer the waste land and avoid the Robobots and Scavengers!!
$20 Entry fee that will cover a late lunch with some prizes for the best dressed!

NOTE: Registration and chronoing will be completed on the field. If you have a 4×4 you can park on the cleared admin area. If you have a normal car you can park at the field gate. First in first served, overflow parking will be at the TAC parking area as per normal.
Club members – if you spot new players arriving who don’t look like they know where to go, please introduce yourselves and lead them onto the field.
This means YOUNG players aged 13 years and older are welcome to play (with parent or guardian)
You MUST RSVP on this form to ensure compliance with contact tracing obligations, this will contiue to be an ongoing obligation.
COVID 19 LEVEL 2
Since we have moved back to COVID Alert Level 2, most restrictions are eased, however we still require you to RSVP to ensure Tauranga Airsoft Club Incorporated complies with current COVID 19 Regulations.
If you are sick, please do not attend this event.
Covid Tracer: There is a covid tracer QR code in the safe zone that must be used for contact tracing, otherwise please let us know if you don’t have the app on the day
Who can attend? This game is open to anybody aged 13 years and older. Underage players will require a parent or guarian to attend.
Mandatory Registration: For TAC to comply with COVID Track and Trace requirements, all attendees must fill out the extended RSVP form below. Anyone who does not complete this form may be turned away on the day.
Age Limit: 13 years and older. Underage players must attemd with a parent or guardian.
Sales: Admin staff will be undertaking EFTPOS transactions only, there will be no cash sales available on the day.
Sanitation: The Event Organiser(s) will have hand sanitiser available. Medical gloves and masks. Masks must be worn when in the safe zone. Please remove these from the field when you leave.
Safe Zone: The Safe Zone can be used. Masks must be worn in the safe zone.
Social Distancing: Please make sure to social distance as much as possible. We require that people social distance 2 metres wherever possible.
Event People Limit: During Covid level 2 there is a limit of 100 (outdoors) people that are allowed to attend this event. YOU MUST RSVP IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND THIS EVENT. Anyone who hasn’t RSVP’d can be removed from the event grounds.
Hire Gear: Will be NOT available.
It is important that all attendees abide by the conditions posted here as well as any instructions given at the event by organisers. Failure to comply with COVID 19 regulations will result in you being ejected from the event.
- Please ensure you transport your Airsoft guns and gear to the event safely and out of sight in cases or bags.
You will be parking in a public area. All guns and gear are to remain in cases or bags until you are on the TAC field and away from public view.
Registration will be completed at the TAC Safe Zone, on the field.
Chrono testing, safety briefing and game briefing will be completed on the field.
There is to be absolutely no smoking whatsoever onsite. TECT All Terrain Park is a Smoke-Free Zone.
No Registration – No Entry.
It is mandatory for all attendees to RSVP to this event using the provided COVID Registration form.
Even if you have joined the event on Facebook, you need to RSVP here.
This is to ensure the club complies with its Track and Trace obligations.
Lack of bookings may force the game to be called off.
Where to meet
TECT All Terrain Park – TAC Airsoft Battlezone.
At arrival, take the first left (Weld Road) and follow the Airsoft signs to the TAC Airsoft field.
Admin to park on the TAC field at the cleared area below the safe zone.
Other attendees can park by the field gate (first in first served).
Overflow parking in the TAC Parking Area.
Registration, chrono testing and hire gear allocation will all happen on the TAC field at the Safe Zone. Existing members – lead the way for new players.
